OCS RRT Set Up
• 4 teams of 2 officers per shift / based
on 8 hour shift
• Stationed at Security Posts and zones
with higher risk laboratories
• Officers are required to undergo
stringent medical screening
• 3 days CERT training, 1 week

• Average 4 mins response to University Town, 8 mins
to KRC
• Special arrangement to meet up SCDF responses by
CPT

HAZMAT• Currently Hazmat are done by Office of Facilities
Management (OFM)
• Chemical fires are only tackled from a distance
• OCS’ role for Hazmat is to setup perimeter cordon and
rendezvous with SDCF
