Zumba

Zumba consists of simple aerobic fitness movements and doingthem to latin and other global beats. It is a fun and upbeat way toworkout. The music is from all kinds of genres. It ranges fromlatin and samba to reggaeton and from hip hop to tango.

Zumba Gold

This program was designed for the older active adult, a personwho hasn't been exercising in a long time or individuals who maybe limited physically.

The biggest difference between Zumba gold and Zumba basic isthat Zumba gold is done at a much lower intensity. It's just asmuch fun just not as fast! Zumba Gold utilizes the same greatLatin styles of music and dance are used in Zumba basic program.

PiYo Strength

PiYo is a unique blend of Pilates and Yoga from the creators ofP90x and Turbojam. This fresh new style of enables you totransform your body by simultaneously burning calories andmuscle. Flow from yoga poses to strength moves with upbeatmusic. Think Yoga on caffeine.

Vinyasa Yoga

Improve flexibility and circulation, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve stresswith our yoga class. Classes are taught by our new certified instructor whospecializes in Vinyasa style yoga. Wear loose fitting clothing, bare feet orsocks. Please bring a yoga mat as they're not provided.
