Important:!Do not use this product in any other motor vehicle for which it is not designed.Do not use any other mounting location/method other than described in this instruction.It is advisable to seek assistance of another person when installing this product.Do not repair or modify the Nudge Bar and/or its mounting bracket in any way - repair ormodification may effect proper operation of the airbag resulting in serious injury.Do not remove the label from the Nudge Bar.

• To maintain your Nudge Bar properly, wash regularly with car wash detergent, hose off & chamois dry. Stubborn grime can be removed with kerosene.
• Polished surfaces can be maintained with Autosol® metal polish or similar products. Use as recommended.

Remove the Bumper Bar
Tools: Flat Screwdriver
Open the bonnet, and remove the 4 privets retaining the top of the grille.
Remove the two privets retaining the centre lower edge of the bumper bar.
Unclip and remove the two outer privets retaining the bumper to the plastic undertray.

Diagram 1f: Remove the Bumper from the Vehicle
Unclip and remove the privets retaining the bumper to the front plastic mud flaps.
From inside of the RHS front wheel arch, remove the privet by pushing the centre button in with a screwdriver.
Repeat for LHS.
Detch the outer edges of the bumper from the vehicle, by gently pulling away from the vehicle.
If the vehicle is fitted with foglamps, or headlamp washers, unplug them.
Gently lift the bumper away from the vehicle.

Diagram 3: Re-fit the Bumper, and Fit the Nudge Bar
Fit the Mounting Brackets
Tools: 15mm Socket/Spanner
Hardware: Mounting Brackets
Remove the 4 bolts holding the RHS of the bumper beam to the vehicle.
Fit the RHS Mounting Bracket between the bumper beam and the vehicle.
Re-fit the 4 mounting bolts, ensuring the Mounting Bracket’s tab is vertically aligned.
Fully tighten.
Repeat STEPS 2a+2b for the LHS.
Refit the Bumper /Fit the Nudge Bar
Hardware: Nudge Bar4x M10x30mm Hex Head Bolts8x M10 Flat Washers4x M10 Nylock Nuts
Refit the bumper bar, following STEP #1 in reverse, ensuring the Mounting Brackets are protruding through the lower grille, as shown.
Fit the Nudge Bar to the Vehicle, using the M10 Hex Bolts, Flat Washers, and Nylock Nuts.
