• When you are absent from your student teaching placement, you are REQUIRED to place the following phone calls: -Cooperating Teacher (Phone and Email) -University Supervisor -Email the Director
• You are allowed only one personal day during 15 weeks
• Any additional days need to be added to the end

Get to know the students Familiarize with classroom rules and routines Assist teacher with student needs
• Week Two Meeting with interested parties and outline goals (short term and long term)
• Teacher Candidate will take on one subject to plan at this time

• Must attend meeting, in-service workshops and assist in daily responsibilities of teaching

• Cooperating Teacher/Supervisor should be providing constant feedback

Teacher Candidate should be planning and teaching all the subjects. (even support staff)

• As a student teacher you must arrive 30 minutes before the start of school and 30 minutes after
• You can leave, it is a professional development
