SituationStream Farm occupies an enviable position on the edge
of the much sought-after village of Fernhurst, on the
Surrey/West Sussex borders, in an Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty within the South Downs National Park.
The village provides a selection of shops, a post office,
church, primary school, doctors’ surgery, active village

cultural offerings are superb, with racing at Fontwell and

Cowdray Park, golf at Midhurst, Liphook and Pulborough
and sailing off the south coast at Chichester. The Festival
Theatre in Chichester, together with the new concert hall
in Guildford, are within easy reach.

and senior schools including Ditcham Park, Churcher’s
and Bedales at Petersfield, Westbourne House at
Chichester, Seaford College near Petworth, Highfield and
Brookham at Liphook and Amesbury, The Royal School
and St Edmund’s at Hindhead. Other schools include
Charterhouse at Godalming, King Edward’s in Witley and
Cranleigh School.

Stream Farm
Stream Farm is a wonderful example of a modern country house. The
property was finished in 2004, with the current owners maintaining it in
excellent condition, giving us the wonderful family home we see today. The
layout of the property is exceptionally well considered, with a thoughtful

Directions (GU27 3JD) From London follow the A3 south and take the exit at Milford. Follow the signs to Haslemere on the A286 and continue through the town, following signs for Midhurst, staying on the A286. Follow this road to a T-junction at the village green, then turn right and right again at the end of the green, signposted Lickfold. Follow this road for about 0.3 miles, after which turn left into Ropes Lane. Follow Ropes Lane for approximately 200m, after which the entrance to Stream Farm is signposted on your right.
