Entry Requirements
Based on the team’s requirements to enter the venue, this
screen will inform users what they are required to
complete (and when) in order to successfully complete
their Health Pass.

For your team, the requirements are:
1. Completing a Health Survey on the
day of the game

ID Scan Issues
ID Not Scanning?
- Be sure it is an accepted form of ID
- CLEAR Accepts US & Canadian photo IDs.
For other countries, we only accept
Passports.
- Scan your ID on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Make sure the ID is clearly visible and free
from harsh glares or shadows
- In some cases, you may be asked to
provide additional information (see
image, right) to complete your enrollment.

Selfie Issues
Having trouble with your selfie?
- It’s best to take your selfie in a well-lit
room, where you won’t have any harsh
shadows cast on your face.
- Be sure to position your face so it is fully
visible within the oval. Follow the on-
screen instructions for proper placement.

Completing a Health Pass
Open the CLEAR App and click on the Health Pass tile on
the home screen.
You should see the name of the venue you’ll be attending.

Once Health Pass is opened, this screen will display for
the user to select “Get Started.”

The team’s entry requirements will be displayed so the
user knows what they need to complete and when.
They will click “Complete Health Survey” to proceed.

Retrieving your
Health Pass
Your Health Pass will remain
valid for 12 hours after
completing the survey and can be
retrieved at any time by tapping
the Health Pass tile on the home
screen of the CLEAR app.
