This week our Junior and Senior choirs
will travel to the Entertainment Centre
for a rehearsal in the lead up to the
Choral Festival next week. Although
this is a rehearsal, I would like to see all
students wearing as much of the correct
school uniform as possible.
NAIDOC Day celebrations will take
place this Friday and I am looking
forward to joining in with many of the
exciting activities planned for the day.
On Thursday Mrs Fraser and I will
attend a workshop to further develop
our understanding about financial
budgets and reports.
Please keep a spot in your calendar free
next week if possible, so that you are
able to attend many of the events
planned for Education Week. These
included our open day and BBQ lunch,
Choral Festival and Athletics Events.
On a final note, I would like to
reinforce today’s article about wearing
the correct school uniform. This
morning, I explained to the students
that wearing the same uniform makes
us look like a team and helps to make
all students feel included.
I would like to ask all parents and
carers to support the school by ensuring
that their child or children endeavour to
wear the correct school uniform each
day
