The Blacktown Boys Open Basketball team took on Kellyville in a
home game on Tuesday the 28th of February. The weather in the
morning was looking very ominous with rain being forecast for
the whole day. However, the skies cleared around 2pm and the
court dried in me for the game at 3:45. The team consisted of
players from years 10, 11 and 12. In the 10 years of coaching the
school team the skills and height we have in this year’s team is
the best yet. Kellyville fought hard the en re game but were
defeated by the boys 37 to 20.
Congratula ons go to Yuvanraj Mahendran who was Player of
the Match and Alan Reji, our School Captain, in being awarded
Most Improved. We are s ll awai ng the results of other games
