About Lake Oswego Physical Therapy F.I.T.T. AthleteL.O. Physical Therapy is excited to team up with LOSC, OSA, Southside and Willamette United to offer a new elite strength and conditioning program to help take your game to the next level. Our focus is to improve quickness, agility, strength and power specific to the demands of soccer. Our sports medicine background allows us to assess weaknesses, identify movement dysfunctions and ultimately create a more functional athlete. The F.I.T.T. (Functional Integrated Therapy and Training) Athlete program only uses evidence-based training methods that have been proven to work at all levels, and are appropriate for the developmental age of the individual(s).

Angie Kerr (Woznuk)Angie has played for the US National Team and professionally in the Women’s Professional Soccer League. She played college soccer at the University of Portland where she won a national championship, and received a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Health and Exercise. Angie knows what it takes to play at all levels, and the importance strength and conditioning has to becoming a better athlete. She has a strong background in speed and quickness training as well as conditioning, and has a passion for helping youth players develop into stronger more functional athletes.
