Smart Digi Address:

Abstract:

An improved and more accurate method of finding address using the power and technology of the android platform and gps.

By the help of android and gps we can assign unique numbers to each and every address.

We can use those unique number as digi address with the help of google maps. The unique number will help to find the address from the current locations.

How it works:

1. A person from each home (or) office (or) shop can open our application using android or windows phone.

2. After opening the app they can sign up using any account or mobile number.3. After sign in they have to take photograph of their house and they have to give their

complete address details with the landmark. The app will capture the gps location when the photograph is taken and tag to the given address.

4. The application will generate unique code for the particular address or they can create own numbers.

5. Once the number is assigned to the address it will get stored in the database.6. Instead of alpha numeric address (Ex:25, 1st floor ,2nd cross ganapathy street, indira nagar,

bangangalore-600018)we can provide digi address (ex: 9000900777)7. Through digi address anybody can reach our house without any trouble.

Present Difficulties:

1. Its very difficult to find one address in India. Because there is no proper guidelines to find the address.

2. Only in few metropolitan cities are following some guidelines. Even though its difficult to find the address.

3. Most of the houses doesn’t have door numbers, most of the people doesn’t know about their neighbours

4. Some taxi drivers and auto drivers cheats passenger due to address insufficient 5. All the courier guys calling the customer for address clarifications.6. This can be created using Mobile android platform or windows platform or mac platform This software will capture the gps location of the particular address along with the

photograph of the house or office or shop or factories etc.

And also it will store complete address along with the address which is entered by the users.

All details like gps location, photo graph of the house, complete address and landmark and other information are stored then unique number will generated for the particular address.

This all details will sync to google maps. Once we enter the digi address in to the android app it will immediately navigate to the

corresponding address with the shortest route.
