I’ve been a Dental Hygienist for over seventeen years and have expanded as an owner/operator of City Smiles Dental Centre & Dental Hygiene Inc.
My main focus is prevention with a goal to provide my client’s with the best mouth care possible. I have 5 staff members providing gentle dental care and share the same dedication to great oral health services.
My unique clinic stands out as it’s the only HYGIENE driven clinic in Campbell River; however, I work alongside Dentists who also hold
invested interests.
Complimentary services such as massage chair, paraffi n treatment and information sessions are enjoyed by our clients in a relaxing environment.
Promotion of positive oral health doesn’t stop at my clinic; City Smiles has made oral hygiene donations to our local food bank, low income on-reserve housing, and to countries in need. We also support local businesses. I like to think what goes around comes around.

Imagination UnlimitedSharon Turner Rondquist & Patricia Turner497 Hilchey Rd., 250-287-4228, email [email protected]
Over 30 years ago, Sharon and her mom Patricia, helped a local service club to fundraise by renting Halloween costumes. When the club decided to abandon the idea, the two began their own small business.
The business was built with attention to creativity, personal service, laughter and having fun, while being multi-faceted. The fun side would include; entertainment services providing singing telegrams, children’s entertainment and birthday parties with many of our costumed characters. Our favorite character of the cast would be ShooShoo the clown (aka Sharon), who has had the
best times entertaining children and families in Campbell River.
The costume collection, primarily designed by Patricia, has now grown to over 750 costumes that are rented throughout the year.
We try to help as many causes as we can from providing costumes for the Museum’s historical fashion show, to Shoo Shoo painting faces at the annual Rotary Duck Race.
We simply love what we do, and we are always happy to share the fun!

It is a privilege to be among the nominees for the Awards of Distinction, Not for Profi t category, states Lana Eagle, Hospital Foundation Chair. Our success in supporting our hospital is because
of our donors and their ongoing commitment to supporting quality health care.
The Hospital Foundation provides donors the opportunity to support excellence in our community health services, primarily through funding the purchase of vital medical equipment and supporting staff in continued education. Your support inspires the Campbell River Hospital team, as it lets them know that their community values their commitment to always do their best for the people they serve.
