From the forum on T-‐Square: Your final topic proposal must consist of the following: You idenSfy a communicaSon or communicaSon effort of an organizaSon. This could be a manual, web site (or porSon of one), TwiVer campaign, periodic report format, formal report format, etc. For example, you might note that a company has a TwiVer campaign promoSng its wares, or that an engineering firm has a parScular format it uses for reports of a parScular kind of test. Ideally, the communicaSon or effort will be one where you have an insSnct or intuiSon that there is a beVer way of doing it. You must idenSfy a person or persons responsible for that communicaSon. This can be the CEO of a company, for example, but it would be beVer if it were a person more directly responsible for the communicaSon or communicaSon effort. You must be able to perform an analysis of the effecSveness of that communicaSon or communicaSon effort. That could consist of usability tesSng, but it could also include conducSng interviews or a survey of people who are users of or targets of the communicaSon and assessing the communicaSon or effort based on their responses. It will almost certainly also involve library research. Your final project will consist of the following components: * A formal report analyzing the audience for, and assessing the effecSveness of, the communicaSon or effort, directed at the responsible person. * A redesign or reconcepSon of the communicaSon or effort. * A leVer to the responsible person introducing the formal report and the redesign or
