Putnam in ProgressA donation to the town of Putnam, Connecticut that I designed,
printed and installed in late 2010. I directed the photography used
in the piece and also conceived the title ‘Putnam in Progress’. The
piece’s purpose was to cover some historical buildings downtown
that were going through renovations by showcasing the mill town’s
rich and unique heritage.
Sharpe Hill VineyardYou wouldn’t think Sharpe Hill Vineyard is the maker of the best
selling wine made in New England. You wouldn’t believe that they
run a world-class Zagat Rated restaurant, either. However, when
the site that I designed launches and the short films that I directed
& edited roll out via a social media campaign that I planned, people
will start believing Sharpe Hill is the real deal.
R.I.C.’s Student UnionI branded and beautified Rhode Island College’s Student Union
in the sumer of 2010. In addition to creating a new wordmark for
the campus’ most used building, I implemented the new look in
a variety of ways like the door signs and t-shirts pictured above.
Amongst other things, I was also asked to create some school
themed artwork to display in the cafe on the first floor as well as a
welcoming graphic for the giant curved wall in the building’s lobby.
Bottomless Pit of TreasureThe local used video game haven hired me to refresh their identity
in early 2011. The shop prides themselves in having one of the
largest vintage video game collections to buy from in New England
and fancied a treasure chest as their emblem. What better than
a 8-bit style chest overflowing with pixillated coins? The logo,
complete with pixel-styled thick type, emphasizes the store’s
abundantly retro video game inventory.
Artist Identity PackagesYou meet a lot of passionate and driven people at art school, each
of whom aspire for advancement in their fields. The first step
in advancement is getting your name and your work out there
to people, so I established a cohesive identity for the nice ones I
met like Lauren and Barrett. Both equipped with business cards I
designed and printed and websites that I designed and developed,
Lauren and Barrett can start to make a name for themselves.

ReverieAs a donation to Rhode Island College’s Jewelry and Metalsmithing
majors, I branded their annual student exhibition in the summer of
2010. In addition to creating the wordmark, I designed and printed
the posters and postcards and cut and applied the vinyl wall
graphics and piece identifications.
House Warming Party InvitesI love taking a good idea like a house warming party and turning
it into an awesome, memorable and unique experience through
design and branding. For my friends’ invites, I made sure that
everything down to the tounge-in-cheek copy screamed “You
haven’t been to a party like this before.”

Francesca Joy Palm BeachFrancesca Joy, the start up company from Pomfret, Connecticut,
needed an online presense that told the world that their hand
painted totebags and chemises weren’t just an Etsy-type of
craft project. By designing their site, I helped elevate the public’s
perception of Francesca Joy from “a cute crafter” to a legitimate
lifestyle brand.
