Proposed System

1.1:- Purpose

The purpose of this Project is to ease the access and search of the data

and to recognize the Suspect Person using the database, which is keeping the name

and Image of People.

The main purpose & objective of this project is to facilitate the agencies which are

serving a lot of the people Like Army, ISI.

1.2:- Scope

This will provide the information and help in recognizing the any

person who is to be search.

1.3:- Features Of Purpose System

1: Management of the record of the Organization.

2: No data will be redundant as data is stored in consist manner.

3: This system creates the faster development of the new application.

1.4:- Out Of Scope

For the completion of this project successfully, we also need record of

NADRA, for this we will use a dummy Database.

Introduction

2.1:- Abstract

This report represents an overview of Speech Recognition & Image

Recognition software development & Software. It begins with the description that

how these systems work and level of accuracy that can be expected.

2.2:- Speech Recognition

Alternatively referred as a Voice Recognition is an ability of a

computer, computer software program, or a hardware device to decode the human

voice into Digitized speech that can be interpreted by the computer or a hardware

device. Voice recognition is commonly used to operate commands, or write

without having to operate a keyboard, mouse, or press any buttons. Today, this is

done on a computer with automatic speech recognition(ASR)software program.

2.3:- Sound/Speech Production

Sound is made by human being using the vocal folds for talking,

singing, laughing, crying, screaming
