• SCHÜTZ TICKET validation– valid for all SCHÜTZ ECOBULK sold directly to
the filler by SCHÜTZ, emptied after the initial fill.– Only SCHÜTZ ECOBULK will be collected.
• Condition of the ECOBULK– ECOBULK has to be intact, i.e. no damage to the
innerbottle, steel cage or other integral parts of the containers and no severe oxidation on the outside.
– Valves and/or other closures have to be operable and in place. For transportation each empty ECOBULK has to be closed like a filled ECOBULK.

• The SCHÜTZ brand name is always visible on the handle of SCHÜTZ fittings. Only IBC with said handles will be accepted.

Residuals
• The IBC has to be drained completely (maximum amount: filling goods of low viscosity: 0.1% of volume, filling goods of high viscosity: 0.5%of volume).

• The IBC will not be accepted, if residuals are visible in the IBC.• The filling product must not be harmful or adversely affect the
environment category R45/R49, or Mutagenic Cat.1, or Carcinogenic Cat.1!

• The IBC has to be clean on the outside.

• Heavily soiled IBC will not be accepted.
Steel cage frames and floor pans
• The container has to be neat, clean and intact. It will still be accepted, if the floor pan is slightly warped or if a bolt is missing.

• The IBC will not be accepted, if the steel cage frame or the floor pan is severely warped (inward or outward dents) or damaged in any other manner.
Rust and oxidation
• IBC with white oxidation will be accepted for refurbishment, if less than 10 % of the steel frame is affected. Bottom plates with a small amount of rust and/or small oxidition below the outlet valve will be accepted.

• IBC where more than 10% of the steel surfaces have white oxidation or red oxidation (rust) are not accepted.
Damaged pallets
• Slight damage is acceptable, if all weld joints are still intact. Wooden pallets with a twisted corner piece or light damage will still be accepted.

• An ECOBULK will not be accepted if any welding points have broken or if the pallet has been damaged in such a way that transportation of the IBC is impaired.

• Label plates, product labels and hazardous material labels have to be legible. Uncleaned, empty ECOBULK have to be marked and labelled (UN no. and chemical name) and have to be provided with the same hazardous material label as filled ECOBULK.
