sectors in India. What separates Mr. Lawande from his contemporaries is his unparalleled ability

Academy, Cadbury Sales Academy, Airtel Sales Academy, Godrej Sales Academy, Hindustan

For the past 25 years, Mr. Bhushan has successfully trained over 1,50,000 corporate
professionals and students nationally through his result oriented learning methodology, aptly
combined with experiential exposures. He was also the first person to introduce the concept of bar
code in the Indian retail sector.
His deep-rooted experience in the sales and service domain has earned him the status of an
academic advisor to MIT School of Retail Management in Pune and JV consultant to the
SASMIRA Retail Program Mumbai and a visiting faculty at several leading management institutes
in the country.
