SAP Enterprise System - Maintenance and Support [DF-SSAP]

The Challenge

An automotive manufacturer specializing in luxury and eco-friendly vehicles required a solution that would allow them to perform production support, lifecycle maintenance and administration to their SAP System. More specifi cally, the client required the development and deployment of the right team to perform daily production support and maintenance of life-cycle management of SAP system landscapes within the SAP R/3 environment and core modules.

The Solution

Working with DATA Inc., the client was able to identify and deploy the right team members including SAP Basis Administrators. The team provided production support and maintenance capabilities by using stan-dard SAP principles, concepts and techniques within functions including system installation, user administra-tion, access management, performance monitoring and situation diagnosis and resolution.

The Result

Satisfi ed with the ongoing support, maintenance and administration of the SAP Enterprise deployment, the team continues to work with the automotive client to ensure that operations as it pertain to their SAP Ente-prise System and Administration continues.
