A new modus operandi when conducting candidate interviewsUtilizing innovative solutions to improve match between enterprises clients and candidates
In the in-person interviews, the
candidates will be asked for
approval to be recorded during the
interview. With this approval Client
ABC will be compliant with the
current surveillance laws as well as
Data Privacy (GDPR).
Facial recognition - both real-time or
post interviews can help to detail and
capture sudden facial reactions when
candidate exposed to sudden
predefined verbal questions and/or
images. The high granular which is
feasible to capture are reactions such
as: 1) Happiness 2) Confusion, 3)
Surprise 4) Anger 5) Excitement and 6)
Sadness. Depending on the reason
(particular question and/or strong
image) for the particular facial reaction
Client ABC will be able to group
candidates in different social
categories
In order to find and control social
profiles against found patterns, Client
ABC will need to build up a big data set
as reference. This will however needs
to be anonymized curriculums in order
to be compliant with data storage and
privacy acts of GDPR
A good model requires huge amount of
data, and recommended is 10.000 +

recognition API that will ensure the
detection of sudden reactions from
candidates. This will be match
against categorized social profiles
already defined in the SAP
Leonardo Foundation
With an over time growing amount of
anonymized curriculums, and
classifications of these based on
“Successful match” or “Unsuccessful
Match”, the task to compare the
current candidates social profile
against a sudden position will become
a structured and consistent process
resulting in better match
The SAP Leonardo Machine Learning
and Predictive Analytics will be the two
cornerstones of the solution
architecture
