•No control for outside; independent. (British Dictionary, 2004)
•One who solves problems or develops new ideas through a combination of divergent and convergent thinking… (Betts and Knapp, 1981)
AUTONOMOUS LEARNER
•Someone who has the ability for manage his
time in order to takes responsibilities, sets
goals, monitors his progress and evaluates
himself.
THE DESCRIPTION
•The autonomous learner takes responsibility
for the totality of his learning situation. He
does this by determining his own objectives,
and selecting methods and techniques. (Holec,
2014)
