Class A properties reported an availability rate of 20.5% for the quarter, which decreased from the previous quarter (20.9%), but is unchanged from the rate of 20.5% twelve months ago. Combined leasing for the four most recent quarters (2.70 msf) was down relative to the prior four quarters of leasing (3.88 msf) and down compared to the long term annual average (3.38 msf).
Overall rental rates for the San Antonio office market ended the quarter
