What does Texas ST R Chart provide?

It can be used to create or update the district technology plan.

It measures the student and teacher proficiencies with regards to the integration of technology in the teaching content.

It helps to conceptualize the district vision of technology.

It helps to apply for grants and helps in determining funding priorities.

It is used to identify current education technology profiles, establish goals, and monitor progress.

Classrooms are not equipped with technology to enhance student learning as expected.
