«Do not give me a fish, but teach me how to fish» clarifies the Alkawther’s vision of creating opportunities that facilitate ways of living for orphans to develop their own skills and abilities and build up their own future without having to rely on anyone.

اإعالنات حملة »م�ستقبل اليتيم هدفنا« 2009 - 2010
اخللفية- نبذة عامة
جمعية الكوثر للرعاية الجتماعية )رعاية اليتيم(. بداأت عملها يف 2003 كجمعية تعنى برعاية الأيتام يف البحرين. يتفاعل مع اجلمعية
اجلممهور املحلي وحتظى بتعاطف بع�ض املقيمني. تنحى اجلمعية يف اجتاه العمل املوؤ�س�سي من خالل توظيف مركز الكوثر لرعاية الأيتام
لهذه اخلدمة.
تتميز اجلمعية يف اأن لها نظرة ع�سرية يف العمل تعتمد على تنمية اليتيم عن طريق تقدمي اخلدمات التعليمية والتنموية وال�سحية بدل دفع
مبلغًا ماليًا كما هو حال غالبية املوؤ�س�سات العاملة يف هذا احلقل.
امل�سكلة:
- قد ل يقتنع العديد من اجلمهور الذي يريد تقدمي العون لليتيم، يف طريقة عمل اجلمعية، التي ل تعتمد توزيع امل�ساعدات بل ا�ستخدامها
يف عملية تنمية اليتيم وتعليمه والهتمام ب�سحته.
- ل تزال اجلمعية حتتاج اإىل املزيد لتكوين �سورتها اأمام الراأي العام، فهناك عدد وا�سع من اجلمهور مل ي�سمع عنها ومل يعرف عن عملها،
وبالتايل لن حتظى اجلمعية بدعم هوؤلء على عك�ض لو عرفوها واآمنوا بعملها.
احلل :
وجدت اأنه لبد من خلق فكرة تقنع اجلمهور بعمل اجلمعية وتخلق وعيًا عامًا باأهمية هذا العمل.
لذلك وجدت يف توظيف مقولة »ل تعطني �سمكة بل علمني كيف اأ�سطاد ال�سمك« ما يعك�ض روؤية اجلمعية املتمثلة يف تهيئة الفر�ض لتمكني
اليتيم و تطوير ذاته و�سنع م�ستقبله.
واإر�سال ر�سالة التغذية الرجعية اأن نفعل؟« لذلك و�سعنا خطة ل�ستقبال وحني يوؤمن اجلمهور بعمل اجلمعية قد يت�سائلون »ماذا ميكننا
الن�سمام ت�سطيع »نعم؛ ، التطوع« ت�ستطيع »نعم، ، التربع« ت�ستطيع »نعم، الر�سائل بهذه احلملة . فخرجت نريد؟« »ماذا وا�سحة عن
اإلينا«.
لقت احلملة �سدى وا�سعًا يف املجتمع، وحتدثت عنها بع�ض مقالت ال�سحف ، وتلقت اجلمعية الكثري من الت�سالت على اخلط ال�ساخن
واملتربعني الكافلني ا�ستقطاب عملية ت�سهيل يف اجلمعية و�ساهمت للتطوع. ال�سهادات وحملة املتخ�س�سني من الكثري وتقدم ، للحملة
وان�سمام اأيتام جدد لال�ستفادة من خدمات اجلمعية.
ويف النهاية فاإن ا�سم اجلمعية واأ�سلوب عملها بات معروفًا لدى اجلمهور وهو املطلوب.
