We are grateful to our faithful parishioners and welcome our neighbors and guests who visit us occasionally. We want you to know that you are always welcome! All parishioners should be registered with the parish office. Please notify the parish if you change your address or move out of the parish. PASTORAL CARE OF THE SICK AND HOMEBOUND
REMEMBER IN PRAYER We offer our sincere sympathy to the families of David Tysen Nutt and Kevin T. McKeon who died recently. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in Gods peace.
SHIP Food Donations
The Samaritan Homeless Interim Program (SHIP) provides food for the homeless and the hungry in the Somerset County area. St. Marys Church has been active in this program for many years. We are asked to prepare and freeze nutritious meals in aluminum trays. The trays and lids, together with suggested recipes, are available in the blue plastic containers in the narthex of the church. If you prefer to prepare your own recipe, feel free to do so. Please label the prepared meals with the type of food provided and the date that it is frozen. Place the frozen meal in the blue plastic containers on the weekend of the second Saturday of each month. If you have any questions, contact Bob Palasits at 908-757-5728 or [email protected]. Our next food collection is June 4th & 5th. Your participation in this program is greatly appreciated.

MEMORIAL DAY PRAYER
Heavenly Father,
On this Memorial Day, we pray for those who courageously laid down their lives for the cause of freedom. May the examples of their sacrifice inspire in us the selfless love of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Bless the families of our fallen troops, and fill their homes and their lives with Your strength and peace.
In union with people of goodwill of every nation, embolden us to answer the call to work for peace and justice, and thus, seek an end to violence and conflict around the world.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Sharing the Gospel Jesus told his friends to give a whole crowd of people something to eat. All they had was a little fish and bread. How could they possibly feed all those people with so little food? God gave them what they needed to help other people. When you want to help other people, trust God to give you what you need.
