Dear Sage customer, Sage is committed to providing you with the best business management software that you can trust and a service experience to match. What to expect: You may receive a short survey containing this question: “How likely are you to recommend Sage to a colleague or professional acquaintance?” This is how you can help us with your feedback:

• Score of 0 to 6 tells us that you are dissatisfied. Tell us what we need to improve to achieve a 7 or 8 score or higher.

• Score of 7 or 8 tells us that you are neutral. Please let us know what we can improve in order achieve a score of 9 or 10.

• Score of 9 or 10 tells us that you are satisfied and that you are likely to recommend Sage to colleagues and friends.
