Maintain status as a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt, not-for-profit organization
Communicate openly on matters of common concern or mutual interest
Promote and publicize RUW membership of Agency
Submit accurate reports or materials as requested by RUW by stated deadlines
Immediately inform RUW regarding any organizational changes including staffing at the senior management level, and legal and financial matters which may affect the Agency’s ability to operate and/or deliver services or may appear in the media
Maintain proper usage of RUW logo
Maintain a positive representation of RUW membership relationship

United Way remains committed to making sure all contributions are effectively and responsibly utilized. Hundreds of dedicated United Way volunteers are investing donor contributions in programs offered by local partner providers.
Rappahannock United Way (RUW) is interested in partnering with the most efficient and effective service providers within PD 16. Any organization seeking RUW funding must demonstrate its ability to operate programs in a manner consistent with the highest standards of quality, which shall include compliance with RUW management and financial requirements.
