CENTRIFUGAL
COMPRESSORSWe provide engineering services in Centrifugalcompressors and Blowers, Turbocompressors andCompressor units. We focus on industrial centrifugalcompressors, based on API617– single shaft & integrallygeared.
We provide also solutions for an integration ofCentrifugal compressors and their accessories intonew/existing technology process. It can be also for othercompressor types – reciprocating compressor (piston) orscrew compressor
BROWNFIELD PROJECTS
▪ Your centrifugal compressor is running well, but you want to know, if you could/should revamp it to achieve better operation parameters (higher efficiency, flow, pressure ratio).
▪ You want to operate the compressor by other gas parameters. And you want to know what would be the estimated revamp scope.
▪ Your compressor is approaching general overhaul. You would consider a modernization on this occasion and you need to evaluate what are the benefits of various options.

ROTOR DYNAMICS AND

isolated rotors and complete drivetrains including bearingsupport structures, housings and frames. Undamped, dampedanalysis, damped unbalanced response, stability. We followstandards API 612/613/617/684 or according to customerstandards. We asses machinery vibrations.

NUMERICAL
SIMULATIONS
We provide structural analysis of rotating and nonrotatingmachinery in the ANSYS Mechanical environment. Wespecialize in dynamic modal and harmonic analysisrelated to rotating machinery vibrations.
We use solver ANSYS CFX to simulate fluid flow. Our fieldof expertise are especially calculations of centrifugalcompressors but we also simulate other rotating and non-rotating machinery and equipment.

▪ High-speed asynchronous electric motor controlled by frequency converter (VSD)

system(100% oil free solution)
MAIN DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
RotMach owns experimental high-speed blower withintegrated electric motor and rotor supported onaerodynamic bearings, 100% oil free solution. This nextgeneration design offers compact and low-cost base withbroad spectrum of R&D applications. We are looking for apartner for research activities based on this technology.
