A considerable amount of dust is created duringthefillcycleinsolidsapplicationsand this creates a further challenge for measurement technologies. Non-contacting transmitters handle dust in the vaporspacewell,butaheavylayerofduston the antenna could block the signal. The Rosemount 5408 overcomes this with an integratedairpurgingsystemforcleaningthe antenna.
