Westhasdecidedto conducttheconferenceasa dialogueusingcircleprocessesafterattendinga CRETEdialoguetrainingat TempleUniversity.Westhasbroaddiscretionhowto conductthedialogueand islimitedonlyby his/herowncreativity.
