Areas of expertise and professional
strength include:
SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
• Led system upgrades and database updates for warehouses in North
America and Canada, ensuring seamless implementations by fully owning
validation processes.
• Saved an estimated $10M per year by taking initiative to implement and
validate system upgrade that allowed direct access into corporate
systems.
• Streamlined security process for only site in Proctor and Gamble’s US
RDC network to change from Static to DHCP, eliminating need to
configure each node with a static IP Address.
• Spearheaded first site upgrade to 2.4 GHz RF Units, remaining sites in
the US RDC Network in upgrades, providing written instructions for other
sites, and functioning as “help desk” during implementations.
• Developed blind audit process now used in every Proctor and Gamble
case/each pick warehouse site in North America and Canada, meeting or
exceeding inventory accuracy goals.
• Significantly reduced customer service labor hours, adding the
equivalent of two additional customer service reps by researching and
implementing Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system.
