Rob returned to his alma mater in 1991 enrolling in Columbia’s

Graduate School of Architecture, Preservation & Planning where he

completed the Real Estate Development Program.

Rob is a dynamic executive with more than 20 years of progressive

career achievement driving rapid business & sales growth, launching

luxury brand segments and maximizing marketing ROI. He spent

thir teen years in various senior leadership positions with Marriott

Vacation Club International, a $2B+ multinational industry leader,

with eight years under the umbrella of The Ritz-Carlton Development

Company. As Regional Director - East & Caribbean for The Ritz-Carlton

Club & Residences, Rob designed and implemented sales & marketing

strategies generating $750M+ in contract sales from 2002 - 2009.

Rob is an industry expert in developing high impact multi-channel

marketing campaigns and budgets that maximize profit. His campaigns

have been twice published in college textbooks on marketing: Consumer

Behavior by Schiffman & Kanuk (Pearson/Prentice Hall) and Persuasive

Messages: The Process of Influence by Benoit (Wiley-Blackwell). In 2004,

Rob was nominated for The J. Willard Marriott Award of Excellence.

Among his many leadership roles, Rob served as National Housing Director

for TravCorps - one of the nation’s leading medical staffing companies and

Director of Leasing and Property Management for Princeton Properties.

Residing in Jupiter, Florida with his wife Leslie and three stepchildren -

Rob is an active member in his community. He and Leslie were co-chairs

of the inaugural and first annual Celestial Gala of Jupiter, raising more

than $500,000 for the American Cancer Society. Rob served as a

Member of The Advisory Board of Directors at The Harriet Wilkes

Honors College at Florida Atlantic University; Vice-Chairman of the

Board of Directors - American Cancer Society; Member of the Board

of Directors - American Heart Association; Trustee Member of both

the North Palm Beach and Jupiter/Tequesta/Juno Beach Chambers of

Commerce; Member of The Advisory Board of Directors - Academy

of Finance at William T. Dwyer High School.

THE RITZ-CARLTON CLUB & RESIDENCES SOUTH BEACH, FLORIDA

A proposed full-service development featuring 94 oceanfront condominiums and 44 fractional Ritz-Carlton Club Residences on the site of the historic Seville Beach hotel. A victim of the commercial lending crisis, the proposed development was cancelled despite significant success with pre-construction sales efforts.
