Creating two mobile applications and a web service to track school buses and to notify parents upon the arrival of the bus taking his/her kid to/from school. Following the MVC pattern, I develloped the Android applications for parents and bus drivers using Eclipse ADT Bundle and Microsoft SQL Server for the database management. The applications are connected to a PHP server and communicating through JSON.

Responsible of benchmarking, planning executing and analyzing campaigns on social networks.Creating, managing and growing the clients’ presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and otherstrategically relevant online properties. Using Google Analytics, Synthesio, Social Bakers and othermeasurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on thosemetrics through testing and new initiatives.

Together with Omar Doukali we came up with this idea to promote Tunisia from a different angle.From the point of view of the experiences of foreigners. We are using the web to help us in the promotion. Results: +10.000 website hits, around 3% social networks growth (weekly). Executed acampaign called "I traveled to Tunisia & I loved it" that achieved a growth of 60% in social networksand 70% in website hits and an article published on HuffingtonPost Maghreb and nominated for Tunisia Web Awards 2014.

Working with 8 local committees to improve teh visibility of AIESEC in Tunisia and to reshape the brand of AIESEC along side with the implementation of new systems of tracking and analysis and platforms for improving the internal communication within the team and with the local committees. Results: Planned 6 campaigns and maintaned an engagement along the term that generated +700% growth in lead, +35% conversion rate, +100% in social networks growth, +50.000 website hits and more than 50 articles published about the campaigns in media websites.
