My Greatest AchievementIdentifying savings opportunities of $970,000 in Meijer’s reverse logistics process. Tasks involved communication, analytical and organizational skills. I took the initiative to work with cross-functional members to find out the relevant information needed in order to succeed in this project. Through store visits, complex analysis and assessments, I assisted in standardizing Meijer’s E-Commerce reverse logistics process to reduce costs, remove complexity at the store level and increase overall efficiency in the supply chain
