Strategic, Problem Solver, Reflection
Donato EnotecaHostessI realized that we were not properly allocating all of our resources. I suggested to my manager turning the storage room into an extra room for seating. City council was across the street from the restaurant. We turned it into a private party room, in which we either charged a set price and provided a projector, food and quiet work space or had extra seating for more customers.
The Past
Purpose Driven by Competition Growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley, my competitive mindset was able to spread into every aspect of my life. When I initially took over as Yearbook Editor I wrote out all of the issues I saw with the previous yearbook, I then wrote out ways to solve each issue. The first major thing I did was revamp the senior poll section, which in years previous had always been taken on campus. My year we did not take a single picture on campus. My motivation came purely from wanting to see growth, improvement and of course to be better than the year before. My advisor flew me to Arizona and New York to conferences to obtain more knowledge in order to create value for our yearbook staff. Upon graduation my yearbook advisor has asked me to come back and lead seminars to help the newer staff improve the yearbook. I want to work to continually improve myself in all aspects of my life.
My Greatest Achievement
Mission TripFirst Congregational Church of ChristSpent a week in Boston with my youth group during my spring break. During our week we fed the homeless, taught underprivileged children, served meals to the elderly and fixed an elderly persons home. Overall this experience has made me realize that there are people less fortunate and to make their lives a little more special. Throughout everything I learned the importance of being aware of my surroundings and knowing that the littlest things can change peoples lives.

Ultimate Goals
PersonalCreate a life in which I influence others-friends, family, children, community, colleagues, customers- to make a difference. I want to always be there for the ones I love, to speak with kindness and understanding. To make sure that everyone around me knows just how much I love them and how special they are. To continue giving back to my community and inspire the new generations to come.
To change someone’s life.
ProfessionalCreate a career where I am able to constantly reinvent myself and the company in which I work for. To challenge myself to think differently and to influence the world. Create value to my customers, employers and society without compromising my values, the environment or other people.
