Case-1
* Clinical history: Male patient aged 40 years old complaining of high grade fever, cough, dyspnea and chest pain
* Diagnosis:• Lobar pneumonia, stage of grey hepatization
Case-2
* Clinical history: Male patient aged 40 years old complaining of high grade fever, cough, dyspnea and chest pain
* Diagnosis:• Lobar pneumonia, stage of red hepatization
Case-3
* Clinical history: Male patient aged 40 years old complaining of high grade fever, cough, dyspnea and chest pain.
* Diagnosis:• Lobar pneumonia
Case-4
* Clinical history: 10 years immunocompromised child complaining of high grade fever, cough, dyspnea and chest pain.
* Diagnosis: • Bronchopneumonia.

* Clinical history: male patient aged 50 years old complaining of chronic productive cough with expectoration of pus, fever, dyspnea and chest pain.
* Diagnosis: • Bronchiectasis
Case-6
* Clinical history: Heavy cigarette smoker male patient died of respiratory failure.
* Diagnosis:• Emphysema.

* Clinical history: female patient aged 45 years old complaining of cough weight loss, anorexia, fever, night sweats, hemoptysis, chest pain and Fatigue
* Diagnosis:• Pulmonary tuberculosis

* Clinical history: Male patient aged 60 years old complaining of cough, marked weight loss, hemoptysis, chest pain.
* Diagnosis:• Bronchogenic carcinoma
