1. The Brigodo Eskwela Implementation should be documented and softcopy of reports (district consolidated for elementary) shall be submitted on or beforeJune 14, 2018 using the prescribed form (Enclosures Nos. 2A and 2B to OepEdMemorandum No. 4 1,s. 20/5). Please save them in Microsoft Excel format using thefilenorne. "(name of district I secondary school}-BE 2018 Accomplishment Report"and send it to [email protected] for consolidation. Late reports andthose submitted via facebook and other social media sites will NOT be accepted.
2. Other activities related to the conduct of Division Brigada Eskwelascheduled for School Year 2018-2019.are as follows:

3. Schools and districts may customize their own tarpaulin and t-shirtdesigns to be used during advocacy campaigns, kick-off ceremonies andmaintenance efforts provided that they will include the prescribed Brigada Eskwelalogo.
4. Among the Hall of Fame Awardees in the division from the year 2009 to2015, the SDO will select one Brigada Eskwela Plus Most Sustained School Awardee.The criteria are as follows:
70%- school maintenance activities throughout the year15%- school-community effort to improve student participation to
reduce drop-outs or to enrol the learners in the AlternativeLearning System (ALS),and
15%- school-community effort to improve student and communitylearnings.
Hall of Fame schools will use SY2016-2017 data for the performancerate and drop-out rate, while the recurring data is SY. 2017-2018. The completeguidelines, Means of Verification (MOV) and verifiable indicators shall be containedin a separate issuance.
