Stress causes for collage’s students

Stress is a normal part of life and something that everyone experiences it’s happen for student and for normal people also, A lot of people have stress, but it’s more in the student because they have more exams, projects and a lot of other things, The stress happens for every student but it’s different from student to another, they became more stressed when the exam is close so it’s affect on possibility of focus and this is what happen for students when they do a lot of achievement and fruitful work, the stress comes when you should give your teacher your project and you didn’t finished so before one day you complete all your work, then you feel stressed and you don’t do it in a good way and it’s not organized. So the student became stressed because of the exam and the project.(unknown ,2016)

Stress effects on collage’s students

The stress it’s can effect on collage student it’s affected in two ways in positive way and negative way, the stress it’s make the student can’t thinks and they can focus, Some of them they are also compressed with exams and with home works and some teacher are not help the student with what they give to student many things to do in short time and this is negative way and some of the student they can study because they have many home works and exams so they get in exam a low mark, a lot of student when they became stress

they get sick and they can think because they have headache.( Melissa Cohen,2016.)

Times I find myself stressed in collage

The times I find myself is stressed when I have many things like exams, home works and project in collage, some teacher they give it to us many things in one time and I became stress and I can finished the whole things on time so I became so nervous and stress to finish all things on time. Before exams I find myself stress because I study a lot and I think a lot about the exam so some time I cant get a good mark, sometime I want to compare with collage life and my personal life put I can because all my focus is with my exams, projects and homework’s.

How can I manage my own stress?

I have different way to manage my own stress, The first manage I should to write every thing on sticky note to know what I should to finish and remember it, The second manage is if my teacher give it to me any home works or project I should to do every thing on time because if I do it on time I will not have a lot work on me, try to solve the problem and don’t Escape and share your problem with your friend or the people who I trust them to solve my problem, don’t give in and frustration and loss of hop and if you can’t solve it you can take break to thinks about it and to be relax and something it’s will help you can run or walk it’s can to relieve your stress.( Lawrence Robinson , 2016)
