integration partner implemented the system correctly. The CIO needed an independent
party to analyze the SAP system and required this assistance with limited budget. The
most critical issues were identified in finance and accounting and an SAP FI subject matter
expert (SME) was required immediately.

company is currently running the ECC 6.0 Business Suite with a focus on advanced
transportation and manufacturing processes.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE(S)To remain at the forefront of SAP technology, this organization requires consistent and
reliable SAP talent to implement, transform and troubleshoot advanced problems. The
challenge is finding SAP professionals that have worked on multiple implementations
in Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock manufacturing environments. Furthermore, the
Variant Configuration function has been a continuous challenge.

developer who resolved the major issues with Variant Configuration in less than four
