To whom it may concern:

Manny Rodriguez was maintenance chief at the Bridgewater Condominiums, North Bay

Village, for a period of four years.

As Treasurer of the Association during this period of time I can attest to the excellent

work he performed in the building dealing with all kinds of maintenance issues in a 125

unit building, imaginable. Moreover, he had a wonderful personal rapport with all the

residents, who often availed themselves of his services and expertise for their individual

units.

In the early summer of this year, the new management company for the building made a

decision to bring in their own service team and Manny was asked to resign. Since that

changeover, the building upkeep has declined, and all of us associated with the

Bridgewater regret his departure..
