Rapid Assessment takes place within hours after an incident.
Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) identifies and affixes an estimated dollar amount to damage based on property tax values and % of damage.
Combined Verification/Joint PDA includes a detailed inspection of damage to individual sites by specialized personnel.
