I believe that the key differentiator of our program is our focus
on you… you as an effective leader, and you as a valuable and

more extensive than that available in other programs. Working one-on-one with your
Personal Development Coach, you will learn how to identify and capitalize on your
strengths, taking them to levels you may never have imagined.
Our team-based approach creates a learning environment that mirrors the workplace
and provides great opportunities to develop and practise critical team and leadership
skills while in the program. You will learn how to effectively build, manage or partici-
pate in high-performance teams.
Queen’s MBA is a powerful, transformational experience, built around you, your
strengths and your aspirations. I invite you to read more about our exceptional program.
