Where did you grow up/live now?Moulton, AL / Lawrence County, AL

What do you like most about it? I lovethe small town life. I love being closewith my community and giving back tomy community. I believe giving backto my community has helped bless mybusiness.

What do you enjoy doing when you’renot working?Traveling, Playing with goats, my Scottishhighlander bull, pigs, collecting freshchicken eggs, I have 2 weenie dogs and3 labs.

Where did you go to school?I graduated from Lawrence County HighSchool and studied at University of NorthAlabama.

How long have you workedin Real Estate?Since July 2015.

What did you do before that?Education. The reason I try to educationmy customers along the way so they willunderstand why we are doing things wehave to do.

What designations do you have andwhat does that mean for the peopleyou work with?Certified Home Marketing Expert meansI have the training to professionallymarket your home to get it sold. Proof isin the fact I have been a top producingagent and top listing agent since 2017.

What is your specialty? Helping peoplewith any real estate needs they have:an entrepreneur is wanting to buy/sell acommercial property, a farmer is wantingto buy/sell land, a hunter is wanting topurchase hunting land, first time homebuyers, family looking to upsize their home,investors looking for flips/rentals, emptynesters looking to downsize their home,loved one in the nursing home needinghelp with medicaid sale, looking for avacation home, selling a property of apassed love one, ect I can help with it all!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?Making dreams become a reality! Thedeals where people call me and say “Iwant to rent because there is no wayI can buy a house” and then we endup closing on a house and they are sograteful. I feel so good knowing that Ihelped them accomplish something theythought they could never do. Makingdreams become a reality!

What is one tip you have for someonelooking to buy or sell a home?Call me, I can handle the rest.

Why should someone choose youas their real estate agent? Numbersand stats don’t lie. I have the numbers toprove that I will take care of them to theclosing table. I am here for my customersevery step of the way. I don’t give peoplefalse hopes of a easy smooth transactionbecause there are so many factorsoutside of my control but I tell them I willdo my very best to make any hurdleswe come to be as easy to get over aspossible. I also tell them it will be like aroller coaster ride at times, but at the endwe all are happy and forget any of thehurdles we had to jump over!
