I attended Inchiore College in2011 as a mature student at theage of 32. I really found thestaff/teachers very approachablefor advice and support .
The course itself is really well puttogether. Modules like Anatomyand Physiology, I now use on aday to day basis and are only apart of what set me up for the
‘Real World’ I really didn'tappreciate what I had learned inmy HND until I started putting thetheory into practice.
The N.C.E.H. F (NationalCertificate in Health and Fitness)is an add on and is vital forsomeone who wants to continuein health and fitness industry. Thepurpose of the course is to hone
your skills and get you ready forthe next step in your career.
I graduated in 2013 and openedCR Bodywork personal traininggym in Dundrum. I am delightedto say we train up to 100 clientsper day, we set up a franchise, and now manage three othergyms.

material that challenged andinspired me. I was introduced tonew ways of thinking about cultureand the societies we live in and Ibecame more informed about storywriting and about media issues. Iwould highly recommend Inchicore
College for those interested inEnglish, Culture, Writing and FurtherEducation.
