Make your subject specific. Example: need help with my HW. If you put that down the person would go to that one very quickly but if you said What’s up they wouldn’t get to that soon.
Be to the Point
This means to say flat out what you need. Example: I really don’t get this problem can you help me. If you said “How it going then they wouldn’t reply that quick”.
Answer all question and ask more
Ask all the question that could help you out with your problem. Example: I don’t know what / means in my math problem. Than if still having trouble ask more questions.
Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Answer swiftly
Once you receive an email do not answer it the next week or day. Answer it the moment you get it
Do not attach unnecessary files
Do not attach an unnecessary files because you do not want to waste there time with the files that they don’t care about.
Read the email before you send it
If you do not reread it there might be a mistake and people will judge you poorly.
Take care with abbreviations and emoticons
These are emoticons. Do not over use them and make the abbreviations are correct.
Don’t over use cc
If you over use cc people will not believe that you trust them.
Don’t reply to spam
If you reply to spam then they will send you more and things can append to your files and your computer.
