    RECOMMENDATIONS

On the basis of the survey conducted the following recommendationscan be made:-

At IFFCO employee should be motivated to attend the training anddevelopment program because 17 % employees are attendedtraining and development programs once.

There should be a proper organized training and developmentprogram at IFFCO, because 8% employees say that training anddevelopment are not organized.

Thus it is suggested that more attention should be paid oncontent and delivery in a training program rather than that onlocation.

Special projects are encouraging for the employees because thetrainee gets an opportunity to work all by himself and get afeedback on the project.
