Morgan Stanley moved into the new building at Thames Street Warf owned by Michael Beatty

that totaled 260,651 SF. The project was the first office complex built as part of the 27 acre

Harbor Point project. Dave McMaster was charged with overall management of the interior 7

story class A office fast track fit-out which was completed on time and within the schedule

restraints. Armada Hoffler served as the CM on the project.
