What You Heard In the WordGod punished the sin in the world by sending

a Flood. It was a great catastrophe. God showed mercy to Noah who loved and obeyed God.

Ask your child these questions from today’s lesson:

1. What is a catastrophe? A huge disaster, or a big, bad problem.

2. What job did God give to Noah? Build the Ark.

3. What was this Ark? A big boat or ship.

Justin and his dad finish the fort—just in time—in “Sudden Storms & Slippery Slides.”

Justin & Jessie“Wow! It’s a good thing I got up here or I would’ve been

totally soaked,” Justin laughed. “That’s for sure!” Dad replied as he peered through the window at the pouring rain. A

rumble of thunder sounded in the distance.
