Who are We?
Youthful.Social is an initiative project established by the
alumni of Australia-Indonesia Youth Exchange Program
(AIYEP) 2014-2015. It is designed as a joint Post Program
Activity (PPA) for AIYEP 2014-2015 Indonesian group alumni.
Youthful.Social is a youth friendly platform to share &
exchange the cultural and youth issues through the
youthful website (www.youthful.social), Satellite Events,
Grand Launching, and “Youthful.Social” Community.
Our Aims
The aim of the project is to bring together young people in
Indonesia and Australia particularly, and other countries as
general, to share messages on how culture and youth
issues can become important elements in raising young
people awareness and willingness to actively participate in
the future development.
Our Objectives
• Sharing on youth experience in cross-cultural
understanding through youth exchange program
• Sharing message on youth issues such as education,
environment, communities, and life style by using
creative and youth friendly approach
• Engaging collaboration between youth networks and
communities
• Providing space for discussion between Indonesian and
Australian young people in particular, and also among
young people from other countries in general.

Event Analyst Program Event Division - DO
• Create the event content (Exhibiton, Workshop and
Talkshow & Performance)
• Create the event flow of Grand Launching (Include the
logistics which are needed)
• Map and Contact the MC, Speakers, VVIP & VIP Guest,
Band/Performers)
• Survey Venue and Collect Venue Contact (SWOT and
Price)
• Venue Booking
• Creating Layout Event (Stage, backstage, entrance, &
exit) and Signage
• Set up the spread of team on the venue during the
event
Event Analyst Venue Event Division - DO
Event Analyst Equipment Event Division - DO
• Surveying for sound equipment
• Look for vendor to support logistic during the event (ex:
chairs, table, etc)
• Communicate with “Program Event” and “Venue Event”
about equipment which are needed to support the
event
Event Analyst Hospitality and Merchandise
• Survey and Contact Vendor for Catering
• Survey and Contact Vendor for Printing
• Spread proposal for Merchandise
• Coordinate with Merchandise Designer for Outfit
Committee and Giveaway
• Coordinate with Signage Designer for poster/banner,
photo backdrop and property
PR Analyst
• Collect data of Media Partner Local and National
(Magazine, Newsapaper, Radio, TV, Public Figure and
Community on Social Media)
• Approach and Offer Proposal to be OUR Media Partner
• Prepare for Media Kits and Press Release
• Mapping and collect youth Communities contact across
Indonesia and approach them to share their story on our
platform
Marcomm Analyst
• Map channels to market our platform
• Cooperate with PR analyst team to connect our
platform with another channel from media partner by
ads (ex: Radio Ads, Local Newspaper Ads)
• Creating content for marketing communication (focus
on : social media campaign, promotion and Ads)
• Liaising with Partner/Corporation to help the fund
• Creating form of publicity (such as: Car Free Day
Promotion, etc)
Designers
• Merchandise Designer, focus to design merchandise
and giveaway
• Banner/Ambient Event Designer, focus to design
signage, banner, ambient, Photo Props
• Social Media Designer, focus to design social media
contents and cooperate with social media team and
Marcomm Analyst team
Photographer/Videographer
• Documenting Pic and Video of Event
• Editing Picture and Video of Event
• Collecting and Creating Pic & Video of The Event
• Coordinate with social media team & marcomm team
about picture/video of event to be shared on social

• Review and translate the article to be published on the
our website
• Collect the article for each contents for our website to
be selected
• Cooperate with other community to publish their activity
on ourplatform
