Anirban is an experienced consulting professional with more
than 14 years of experience. He leads Aon’s Rewards
Consulting practice for its IT Product and Engineering Design
verticals. He has worked with several prominent organizations
in these sectors to help them rethink their approach to
managing rewards through insights into market best practices
and compensation trends.
Anirban specializes in the area of Broad Based Compensation
with expertise in domains like Rewards Strategy articulation,
Market Pricing, Pay Range Design, Budget modeling,
Organizational Structure and Design, Process and Policy
audits, Short term incentive design and Rewards
Communication solutions.
Prior to Aon, he was primarily engaged with the IT and
Professional Services sector with notable organizations such
as Dell as the Global Lead for Compensation for its Application
and BPO Businesses, with Accenture as lead compensation
for its Management Consulting business and benefits for
overall Accenture India and with IBM as a Compensation
Partner for its IT Infrastructure Support Businesses

Having been instrumental in setting up Aon’s HR capability
business in India, Pritish today manages the Aon HR Learning
Center (AHLC) portfolio.
In his role, he directly leads the business operations, sales and
go-to market strategy for AHLC. He also supports content
creation initiatives for various priority modules in HR and
manager capability. He enjoys facilitation and often leads
public programs for AHLC, apart from facilitator capability
building initiatives.
He actively mentors content creation in a variety of areas such
as Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Rewards and
Performance Management. He serves as an subject matter
expert and project manager for large scale HR capability and
manager capability interventions for a variety of organizations
Pritish has anchored the Next Generation CHROs, Aon’s
partnership program with IIM Bangalore for HR Leaders.
He has actively contributed to Aon’s flagship research: Top
Companies for Leaders and Best Employers. He has
published articles such as Engaged Leaders Drive
Engagement and Best Practices in Global Mobility. In his
earlier role, he was a part of a regional team which designed

Prashant is part of the IT/ ITeS Rewards Consulting practice
with over 6 years of experience.
He specializes in area of Broad Based Compensation and has
been involved in Project Management as well as delivery of
compensation consulting assignments. He works with a broad
range of clients spanning the IT Products, Banking Captives,
Third party Captives and IT Services sectors where he has
worked across a variety of solution areas like Compensation
Benchmarking and Structuring, Expat Compensation and
Benefits Benchmarking and Optimization.
Prior to joining Aon, Prashant has worked with Cognizant
Technology Solutions focusing on Career Architecture Design,
Performance Management, System transformation and
Change Management.
