Problem Definition
Initial problem (robot testing 1and 2)Task assigning. To come up with a design. To program the design .To test and correct all faults so the robot can pick and dump 3 balls. Then build the final design

-- The first design had a carriage built to hold three balls while The second stored the 12 balls in a tube that is bent at an angle to let the ball freely roll into the box .

Team DynamicsQuestion (a)-We were understanding and respectful of each others ideas(Anthony) the project manager.I mostly worked on the hardware while Marcus worked on the soft wear.Question (b)-Building and assembling of base parts Ideas of new partsDesigning of custom parts solidworks (Anthony)Building of custom parts Final assembly and correction of FaultsQuestion (c)-The most difficult task was coming up and building the custom parts for it to be able to perform the task.

Technical Analysis
What didnt work?
Ball-transfer systemBig, heavySolenoid was too weakDifficult to adjust lack Distance sensorsUnreliable, too much power consumption
What worked?
The initial programMultiple motors with same dimensions -> dont have to redesign motor bracketsThe dump mechanism

Project AssessmentPerformanceThe performance of robot was very disappointing compared to the others during the performance in class and during the competition
Cost-The batteries added significantly to the cost since we had to get many for the trials .
Sustainability- The PVC tubing which was used to transfer the ball from the conveyor to the box had the greatest carbon foot print.
- Compared to the other materials this had a low carbon foot print the pvc tubing could be our best pick and to the fact that it was it was at our reach to no extra cause

Design Features The greatest strength of our design was the pic up mechanism it didnt fail to picked up the balls nicely.
No changes could really improve the design because it was thought off thoroughly, except it is another design which can take about 2 weeks to be fully functional.
