Physical Change-
1) Only physical properties change. Chemical properties do not change.
2) Physical changes are generally easy to reverse. 3) No energy is
produced by the substance.
Chemical Change-
1) Both physical and chemical properties are changed.
2) Changes are not reversible without another reaction. 3) Energy is often produced ( fire or heat, for example).
Most chemical changes will have one or more of the following:
